SUMMARY:Prison to Prison Beer Run
DESCRIPTION:Ready to escape from Prison again?\nThe third annual Prison to Prison Beer run is back! This year the event kicks off at Prison Hill Brewing Co and will be a grueling 1.9km race from Prison Hill Brewing to the Yuma Territorial Prison and back to the brewery for an after party! All proceeds from the event will go to support the Yuma Crossing National Heritage Area. \nEvent registration being at 8:30am and ends at 9:00a when the beer inspired “calisthenics” begin in the yard. The race will commence at about 9:15a\, or whenever you finish your first beer or bloody Chavez. \nThere will be light breakfast options before the race\, a beverage/refueling beer station at the Territorial Prison\, and another beer for you at the finish! \nThe celebration continues after the run with live music\, an awards ceremony complete with trophies appropriate for the escapees\, and food and drink specials. \nRegistration is $65 per person for single entries and $220 for teams of 4 people.\nEach registration includes a drink at the start\, one at the refueling station\, and at the finish. \nAll entrants will receive a hat and get a medal at the finish\, when they will be reincarnated but rewarded for good behavior! \nCreative prison themed attire and costumes are highly encouraged! Be creative! You may win something for your efforts!
